Lasagna

Lasagna

1 lb. hamburger
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 7(or 8) oz. cans tomato paste
1 box lasagna noodles
1 lg. carton cottage cheese
1 12 oz. package swiss cheese


Brown hamburger in skillet with pepper, garlic and oregano to taste. Boil lasagna noodles in water until tender. In seperate saucepan, combine tomato sauce and paste, adding hamburger when it is browned. Take a 9x13 pan, spray with no stick spray and begin layering noodles, tomato/meat mix, then cottage cheese. You should be able to do three layers like this, finishing with swiss cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
This is super easy to do and very impressive when served with a salad, bread and dessert.
