Peanut ButterFudge recipe

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. 
  2. Stir in brown sugar and milk. 
  3. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. 
  4. Remove from heat. 
  5. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. 
  6. Pour over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. 
  7. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8x8 inch dish. 
  8. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
