Ginger Poppy Seed Cookies Recipe •

• 13 TB butter, softened
• 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
• 1egg
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3TB poppy seeds
• 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoons ground ginger
  1. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla. 
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients; add to creamed mixture. 
  4.  Bake at 375° for 8-9 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
